This form is to assist you in satisfying the requirements for rank advancement which have been approved by the Scoutmaster. Use this form throughout your term as Senior Patrol Leader to record your accomplishments. Space under requirements left blank will be considered as “no effort” made on this requirement.

Preside all troop activities; follow up on all persons responsible including patrol leaders and event sponsors for events and activities for each meeting or gathering and conduct in an orderly fashion.

 
 
 

Lead and conduct all Patrol Leader Council meetings. Develop an agenda prior to the meeting and discuss priorities with Scoutmaster. Present record copy to Troop Webmaster.

 
 
 

Welcome and accommodate all special guests at all of the troop functions.

 
 
 

Lead all scheduled Courts of Honor. (Eagle Courts of Honor excluded.) Show up at least fifteen minutes in advance of meeting to assist in meeting set-up.

 
 
 

Promote enthusiasm, cheerfulness and promptness in all troop activities.

 
 
 

Supervise site selections at all troop outings

 
 
 

Schedule and supervise all troop and campsite inspections.

 
 
 

Use good judgment and discretion on disciplinary actions. (Refer all serious problems to the Scoutmaster or other registered adult leader in the troop.)

 
 
 

Complete Council Junior Leader Training (JLT).

 
 
 

Attendance at a majority of the troop meetings is required. Prior arrangements for absence needs to me made with the Assistant Senior Patrol leader or other elected scout. Inform Scoutmaster of changes.

 
 
 

Wear the uniform correctly:

 
 
 

Attendance at ninety percent of the troop outings is required unless prior arrangements have been made with the scoutmaster

 
 
 

Attendance at ninety percent of the Patrol Leader Council meetings is required

 
 
 

Arrive at all troop functions in advance of the start time
