This form is to assist you in satisfying the requirements for rank advancement which have been approved by the Scoutmaster. Use this form throughout your term as Assistant Senior Patrol Leader to record your accomplishments. Space under requirements left blank will be considered as “no effort” made on this requirement.

Assist the Senior Patrol Leader in any additional responsibilities he may delegate to you, cheerfully completing these responsibilities to the best of your ability.
Assist with maintaining orderly conduct during the formal parts of the troop meetings and formations. (Remember to always work through the Patrol Leader or Assistant Patrol Leader).
Supervise the troop Quartermaster in his responsibilities during the troop meeting and outings.
Assume the responsibilities of the Senior Patrol Leader in his absence
Participate in Council Junior Leader Training (JLT).
As the troop engages in activities, be continually watchful for any scouts not participating in the activities, and make every effort to keep them active and interested in the scouting program.
Report to the Senior Patrol Leader any problem or discrepancy observed by you or reported to you by another member of the troop.
Attendance at a majority of the Patrol Leader Council meetings is required.
Arrive at all troop functions in advance of the start time.
